Lemon Detox Diet Recipe

The Lemon Detox was invented over 50 years ago and has been modified and adapted into many various forms. Fans of the Lemon Detox Diet proclaim to have experienced amazing health benefits, remarkable weight loss, and a euphoria of energy. Essentially, the lemon detox diet is a fasting diet that requires you to abstain from solid foods for a set period of time. Solids are replaced with a special Lemon Juice Detox mixture.

There is no need to pay a fortune for the Lemon Detox Diet drink as you can make it yourself in a minute or so for a fraction of what it would cost you to buy in off the shelf. Just follow the instructions below.

  1. Take a drinking glass and add 4oz of cold water
  2. Add lemon juice from  half of a freshly squeezed Lemon.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of Pure Maple Syrup.
  4. Add a dash of Cayenne Pepper or ground ginger.
  5. Using a spoon stir very well.
  6. Add  4 oz of cold water then stir again.
