Make Your Own Lemon Cayenne Pepper Detox Drink

There is no need to pay a fortune for the Lemon Detox Diet drink as you can make it yourself in a minute or so for a fraction of what it would cost you to buy in off the shelf. Just follow the instructions below.

Take a drinking glass and add 4oz of cold water

Add lemon juice from  half of a freshly squeezed Lemon.

Add 2 tablespoons of Pure Maple Syrup.

Add a dash of Cayenne Pepper or ground ginger.

Using a spoon stir very well.

Add  4 oz of cold water then stir again.

That’s it!
